Mitsubishi Booster Seat Demonstration and Giveaway
In an effort to raise awareness about the importance of booster seats and increase usage, Mitsubishi Motors and Kids Safety First, a national non-profit organization, will continue its National Booster Seat Awareness Initiative at the Kansas City Auto Show as Certified Car Seat Technicians from the Liberty Fire Department will be on hand to conduct booster seat installation demonstrations on Saturday, March 8th and Sunday, March 9th from 11 AM until 3 PM. By participating in a free demonstration, parents with children between the ages of 4 and 8 who are less than 4'9" tall will have an opportunity to
receive a certificate for a free booster seat redeemable at three Kansas City -area Mitsubishi car dealerships.

Mitsubishi Ride and Drive
In an all-new auto show offering, Mitsubishi Motors will be providing Greater Kansas City International Auto Show attendees an opportunity to test drive some of its latest vehicle models, such as the 2008 Outlander and the 2009 Galant, on the weekend of March 7th - 9th.  This Ride ‘N Drive event will provide consumers with a convenient and personal way to experience Mitsubishi cars on a street drive adjacent to the Bartle Hall Convention Center.  Consumers can take advantage of this free opportunity by signing up at the Mitsubishi Motors booth or at the Ride’N Drive tent at the South end of the Convention Center. Operating hours on Friday and Saturday are 10am to 8pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.

Chrysler Mobile Tour
This exhibit features a host of interactive displays which include some very cool Wii video games a chance to illustrate your vehicle with the color and wheels of your choice and the opportunity to have your picture taken and placed on the front of a major magazine cover. Better yet take a test drive in the 2008 Chrysler 300, Aspen, Town and Country, Sebring or Sebring Convertible and receive a gift compliments of Chrysler. MU/KU Tundras
In a move likely to give local college sports fans something more to root for, Toyota will display two themed Tundra trucks, one representing the University of Kansas Jayhawks and the other the University of Missouri Tigers.  Each features its own specific university themed graphics. On Saturday, March 8, between 2 and 4 p.m., both school mascots - KU’s Big Jay and MU’s Truman the Tiger – will be there in person, adding still more good-natured energy to the storied sports rivalry.  The KU-MU Tundra face-off is designed to show how Motor Trend’s 2008 Truck of the Year can be ordered and personalized to specific customer tastes.
